Book before the day's cut-off and your parcel is picked up from the origin (Mumbai) the same day, sealed, and moved into that day's outbound line-haul.
After cut-off
Next-day pickup
Bookings placed after the cut-off are collected the next day and dispatched on the following outbound run. The 72-hour delivery clock starts from pickup.

Hub to hub
The consignment travels through our secured hub network from origin to destination city, with status updates at each leg. Final last-mile delivery completes within the 72-hour window.

Every consignment is sealed with serialised tamper-proof tape at pickup. Any seal break is photographed and flagged before the next leg.

Insured up to declared value

Optional transit insurance covers your declared value across the full inter-city journey. Premium is calculated at booking and added to the quote.

COD up to Rs. 50,000

Collect payment on delivery up to Rs. 50,000 (within product value). Funds are settled to your registered account on the next working day.

Leg-by-leg status updates

Pickup, hub-in, in-transit, and delivery notifications in the app and on WhatsApp — the same link your customer can use to track.

Verified, trained handlers

Pickup, hub handling, and delivery are handled by AL Services-trained staff — KYC verified, uniformed, OTP-based handover at both ends.

Proof of delivery

Each delivery captures recipient OTP, signature, and a photo. Downloadable POD PDF is available against the order ID.

Our executive collects from Mumbai, seals the parcel in front of you, captures an OTP receipt, and moves it into the day's outbound line-haul.

Hub-to-hub transit

The consignment travels through our secured hub network to the destination city, with status pings at each leg. You and the recipient both get a tracking link.

Delivery with proof

Within 72 hours, the recipient signs digitally, OTP is verified, and photo + POD captured. COD (if any) collected and remitted next working day.

Which routes are operational right now?
Intercity is live from Mumbai to seven cities — Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and Pune. We're expanding city by city, so more origin cities and routes will open progressively.
How fast is intercity delivery?
Every active route is delivered within 72 hours of pickup. Book before the daily cut-off and pickup happens the same day; the 72-hour clock starts at pickup.
What's the difference between Intercity and Intracity?
Intracity moves your parcel inside the same city (same-day or next-morning). Intercity moves it between two different cities through our hub network, delivered within 72 hours. See Intracity Delivery →
What's the maximum value I can ship?
Up to Rs. 10,00,000 per consignment. For higher values, please reach out — we'll arrange a custom-routed shipment with enhanced security.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
Set a COD amount up to Rs. 50,000 at booking (never more than the product value). The recipient pays our executive at delivery, the amount is verified, and remitted to your registered account on the next working day.
Is the parcel insured during transit?
Insurance is optional and covers your declared value across the full inter-city journey. Premium is calculated at booking. Read the insurance policy →
