How fast is delivery?

Hyperlocal orders are delivered within 120 minutes. Intracity orders go in mid-day and same-day slots. What you get depends on the pincode.

How do I book a pickup?

In JewelXpress, our Android app and web client panel. High-volume senders can also book through our API or ClickPost.

What if a shipment is lost?

It is covered by our 100% Recovery Guarantee, with transit cover of up to ₹5 lakh under our insurance policy. Email our support team and we register the claim for you.
