5.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital payments
  • Prices quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Additional charges may apply for special handling or expedited services

Packaging and Handling

To ensure safe delivery, items must be properly packaged:

  • Use appropriate packaging materials for jewelry items
  • Include proper cushioning and protection
  • Seal packages securely with item description and value declaration
  • Follow our packaging guidelines for high-value items
We reserve the right to refuse improperly packaged items or request repackaging at the customer's expense.

Insurance and Liability

7.1 Insurance Coverage

  • Basic insurance included for all shipments
  • Additional insurance available for high-value items
  • Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery

7.2 Liability Limitations

  • Limited to declared value of shipped items
  • Direct damages only, excluding consequential damages
  • Actual damages not exceeding insurance limits

  • Delivery confirmation with signature requirement for high-value items
  • Multiple delivery attempts as specified
  • Secure handling throughout transit

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control.
